Bed and Breakfast Zia Ni is a secluded tranquil retreat nestled in a Puglian olive grove , 5 km outside the small coastal town of Peschici. It is completely surrounded by the Peschici countryside: sprawling olive groves, lush fruit trees, and towering ancient pines.

It is the perfect hide away for weary travellers to relax in comfort, yet is only a short distance from Peschici and its amenities, and the surrounding beaches.

The owners, dreamt of having a small luxury bed and breakfast, where guests could unwind in comfort in a peaceful setting. In 2007 construction began in the Valley of Sant Elia, amongst 6 hectares of lush green countryside, and in 2010 the dream was finally realised.
The structure is ecologically friendly, using solar power for most of its energy.

The water supply comes from an artesian well bored on the property that is carefully purified at the source and bacteriologically pure.

The building has modern clean lines in keeping with the natural surroundings and the main structure houses the large kitchen, the dining room where patrons are served breakfast in the cooler months and the proprietors’ private living quarters. There is also a large salon, surrounded by eight large windows, which offer a beautiful view of the valley.
